Classrooms are suffocating. Commute is not so easy for somebody from Delhi. Salary is also less as per the post. At times, the workload is too much that it takes weekends to complete that. Management is only after 100 marks. The expectations are unreal. Humiliation of teachers. Poor decision making from authority.

...his Covid 19, became very terrible to work and to balance the office and family. Seriously wr getting only 60% salary and will be continued till the situation gets normalized. So really very much upset 😢😭 😒😣 😣

...Head of institution which may be affected due to your relations with the HODs. Salary and growth is good. Work life balance is average.

Training part is missing and appraisal are biased.

It's not a good place to work the head of the school and coordinators are very ambitious.

What I dislike most is the principal's behavior she doesn't support also she insults people in front of everyone related to very minute issues very bad lady as a person, she fired me at that time I was pregnant....she should not get any award she doesn't work only impose work on staff.

Education is the main platform for growth of India.We will overcome from this critical situation but education is also important for all. By keeping in this mind INDIRAPURAM PUBLIC SCHOOL has taken initiate for running the class virtually and utilize the digitalization of technology in the area of learning in academic as well in extra curriculum activities in the form of Inclusive education system.
