There is perfect balance between professional life and personal life. The work doesn't create any kind of pressure, stress and hence mentally one is satisfied here. The Heads have a very balance approach. The employees are treated with dignity over here which make is the BEST place ever.

Dislikes

It's nothing that I dislike. But just a suggestion if there could award system for teachers, it will motivate and a recognized appreciation becomes a memory forever.

They hired me saying it will be temporary position job but later it will get permanent but during pandamic they called me school all 9 and 10th class paper correction, record correction was done by me and later they said me to face another interview round and rejected..as I was in need of a job i appeared The interview....The teacher who took class in 9&10 she can't teach class 3&4? The teacher who is ctet qualified she can't take up the classes? In that poor school I have seen management investing on teachers and staffs who are lethargic and underperformers whereas in a week I learned all IT related skills the school uses ans gave my best performance.. About my performance the principal and vice principal also gave written comments...

Dislikes

The management is not taking any kind of strict action regarding underperformer staffs. Because of which, the management is loosing some good, hard and honest working staffs.Yes, the management is very proud it's not employee friendly.
