I have to mach bad experience in Indira Ivf hospital.

I resign to the hospital.HR term not given my experience letter and my last my salary also 60% only I get .i already informed to hospital.35 days salary i didn't get.i worked in 1 month Indira IVF Whitefield branch that's why I didn't puch .you don't give experience letter.

Work environment is like family environment. People take each other seriously.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is too poor. People working from past 7 years is having low pay scale than the salary and payscale of the new joiners.

Very bad work is less n rules are more, rules will be created by middle persons rather than company like FC n center head and also they will involve recruiting executive as per there politics inside the centre. In gulbarga branch very much partiality between hindi n Muslims, they will give importance n support to hindu people.

No increment in salary as per working hard

1) salary on time. 2)job security 3) Lot of things to learn about IVF 4) co-operative staff and Sr. dr. 5) leave policies 6) overall management is good

Dislikes

1) canteen is not available, actually employees/ patients sometimes arrived to early in hospital without doing their breakfast so they need service of canteen in hospital ( I am writing this on behalf of all employee/ patient, kindly do not consider as a dislike it's a suggestion only for betterment of company ) 2) No dislike for this wonderful company.

You’ll get good hands on practice since the number of cases are tremendous. This will help to polish your skillset.

Dislikes

...culture, management/administration is very poor. There are no proper appraisals. Also, if you butter up you head authorities/ senior management you will get promoted or they pay you ‘under the table’ and then later bribe you! No work-life balance, they expect you to work 7 days a week inspire of having a weekly off. Also the worst part is the head doctors mislead or cheat the patients.
