I joined initialy for salary only.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No. Of things Poor management.(Center Head), very unprofessional behaviour. Center head used to deny even their own said words. Work ethics are poor too. Very limited access to important softwares. Not recommended to a ln accountant specialy. There are no celeberation 0 budget for celeveration. Even some old employees use to defame new young employees. Etc.

But 1 point I dislike they deducted 1 Day payment as RH holiday 2019_20 in 2021 as per Ess system not allowed selected more than 3 Rh in year then how can deducted 4th Rh payment?
