Yeah. I have enjoyed my career experience at Indira very much. Everything is perfect. Work environment, teammates, FDPs, guest lectures, events everything is totally enjoyable.

Dislikes

Some salary issue are there. Means we can't say that we will get salary every month. Sometimes there is gap of two to three months. But actually everybody enjoy this thing also by making rumors everyday that today we will get salary of any particular month. Not much issue.

I am very happy with management persons. A dynamic chairperson Dr. Tarita wakalkar and Chetan Wakalkar both have broad vision to give the quality education to the students. Nice treatment by management persons to the employees. Nice working culture.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
