Indigrid provides the opportunity to every employee to grow. Provide training and sessions to upgrade the skills of employees. Planned off site programs to connect employees with each other and also make some fun with work. Every employee has right to give their views .

Ground level team is terrible. Not only my team almost all RM level guys are same excluding 1,2 RMs. Ground level managers are have sick mentality. They are least bothered about human. I'm sure these people can kill the organization.
