There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement is transperant. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I love on time salary. Different types of certification which will help me to grow.

During this covid we have suffered a lot and now I am about to quit my job because of no increment, no growth at all.

1. Salary on time. 2. Few people will always support you. 3. Discounted tickets price. 4. Great place for photoshoot.

1. Local SOP they do not follow company's leave policy in metro cities. 2. You will get lunch break etc according to company's convince. 3. After pandemic salary is not increased.

I like about job security is more than any other airline, work culture is also good and management is always there to help you out. You can reach to HR and any higher authority easily and personally. You don't need to take permission for that. Yes, company policies are strict but I think this is the necessity as well.

Salary can be a draw back here but other compensation make it balanced.
