I am working Since 02 years in IndiGo Airlines, the company is good in terms of Job security and Benifits. You get staff travel benefit.

Dislikes

...high. Overtime required sometimes. Weather is a big challenge to work in Ramp. Salary is not that good. Salary hike is nil compared to inflation.

...mployee centric. The shift timings are terrible example 0300 hrs till 1300 hrs . There is not proper salary structure, no one explains you why your salary came less! The management and upper management over here is very poor!

Less working hours 8.5hr/day, 6days a week. Staff travel facility but you only get seats if any vacant seat is available this may hamper your travel plans and cause a last minute kiosk when you get to offload from flight. No confirm seats are allocated to staff till last minute

... then on today it values for me after adding my appraisal growth 85Rs a day. 2. Promotions and Salary Hikes on promotions is like near about zero you hardly get any promotion at same station if you have if by any chance at same station then it is without salary growth and if you ready to move to different station for promotion the annual change in salary doesn't even matches your one time relocation cost

You can make great contacts when you work in Aviation. As far as IndiGo is concerned, I personally feel that IndiGo stands out of the crowd just by the way it treats its customers. Apart from that, it does not charge a penny for recruitment and training, when compared to other airlines. It personally takes growth seriously of every employee.

...e that mistake just in that month. Company cabs are chargeable for ground staff. Basic salary is highly low compared to other airlines.

Overall good culture, Training ,fast pramotions , company growing with very fast pace, safety first, provide best quality uniform, technologically advanced systems used , professional work environment ,

Less compensation offered for Ground staff, difficult to balance personal life , hectic shift hours, you have be good with managers , difficult for work in Rains and in summer. Limited exposure, Difficult to get job outside with aviation experience. No facility provided , staff travel is non sense, good only if you travel solo.
