There's only one likable thing about this job and that is employees get tickets at a discounted price, but it is totally useless because they wont give you offs for you to make use of it, it is to just lure innocent middle class youngsters or someone who has never flied and is fascinated by aviation industry, so over all there was nothing that i liked about working in indigo.

...on you will be screwed, they will impose so much pressure on you for everything. Manager and Seniors of Mumbai are PATHETIC! They have zero manners and will treat you like a dog and pay you zero respect, the work culture is toxic and the growth is very slow, people working from 10 years still have low positions and low salaries with so much work load. The management system is worst everyone tries to push their work on someone else and put others in problem. Health and personal life will be screwed as well especially if you live away from the airport, 45 mins is the breaktime in a 10 hour shift, personally i lost a lot of weight here and kept falling sick constantly (which isn't normal for me). l am glad that i quit the job, And if you are considering joining this company think TWICE!

IndiGo provides the lowest salary compared to any airlines. The HR is so ignorant that they will not be bothered to acknowledge the problem even on ambition box as u can see none of the reviews has any feedback from thier HR No Diwali Bonus Diwali celebrations are done by taking contribution from Team members. IndiGo pays the lowest salary compared to any Airlines in the world. Never complete more than 2 years or else it may get difficult for you to get better salary elsewhere. This company has zero growth opportunity your role will remain the same forever.

Its a company meant for people already have a great financial stability at home and looking for work just for Pocket money. Eg perfectly apt for housewives. Rest there is nothing that one can learn or grow here. Made a mistake of spending larger time of my tenure here. IndiGo is the lowest Pay masters

2 weekly offs,always approve leaves as desired,staff travel....work nature,good coordination among employees , sincerity,travel for trainings,allowances etc

Dislikes

They always have shortage of staffs,low pay,no increment or fair promotions. Not employee oriented only customer oriented.No growth whatsoever here. Good for short time job and experience.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
