Even though many companies weren't paying their employees Indigo made sure we get our salaries on time even during the pandemic and losses they were facing.

Nothing, its a great Organization to work with.

They treat us like a family member, it was a complete package of people who were always there as a pillar guide you correct you and by the end we were given salary which was almost as if our parents giving us pocket money well on time. A company which I’m never gonna forget because it actually teaches you the way of living and to value everything around you.

The salary is always on time. It is the largest airline in India and offers a lot of destinations for staff travel

Dislikes

The work culture is extremely toxic. There is no personal growth. While taking entitled sick leaves, one needs to mandatorily provide a doctor's certificate even if its just a headache and report to the office for "Verification" on the same day. Employees are required to prove that they are sick by visiting the office in-person as a doctor's certificate itself isn't enough.

Indigo is making fairly profits, so job security is there. And in Aviation everywhere its almost the same in terms of work. Onboard work is less in comparison to other airlines.

Dislikes

...ny. There is way too much workload and company utilizes you to your full extent. Indigo follows no gifting policies so there is no bonus and appraisals on festivals.
