Low salary package, after promotion also unsatisfactory increment (very very low) after giving 6 years i was paid 24000 only as in a position of senior executive., which was disappointed me.

I liked the working culture of the company The benefits of Indigo was we can fly to the destinations wherever we operate throughout the world, by paying only the Airport Tax Charges as a Fare. I would love to mention that as a top priority

...igo after working for four months and have also worked during the notice period. The company is not paying the salary for the notice period. They have deducted Rs. 9000 for uniform recovery and full final settlement and are demanding Rs. 1600. What should I do???

Passion towards my field is the only driving factor. Team mates are supportive

...so annual appraisal is low as well. We are not being paid enough for what we do. They have even reduced salary package. Higher ups are least bothered about employs, their life , work pressure or even uniforms or tools required for work. All they want is cut cost nomatter whatever happens in the field. indigo used to be a great company, but since a few years they lost their worth among employs.
