Work culture is too bad. We have to do work nearly or more than 12 hrs. Very very less salary according to work load. People have zero knowledge how to talk to someone they start abusing.lots of pressure on technician and engineer too. Lots of aircraft have to manage by a single technician and engineer.

...eme workload more than capabilities. Worst shift timings. No leave confirmation. More than Less salary. And very tiny appraisal. No appreciate of your work whether have not done a single mistake in 3 and half years. No workload balance. Only experienced people have a lot to do. Less experience staff to reduce workload.

Salary not good Apprisal not as per standard No work life balance Odd working hours No one retire from company , before that they will die.

Except the concession in flight ticket and working in between the aircrafts there's nothing else to like there.

Work pressure is tremendous. Work life balance is zero. comparing to work, salary is nothing.

Company has fixed salary structure for a particular position. Colleagues can be supportive at times and you learn a lot about how to deal with people.

1. Salary. I've worked to earn 8k INR for 2 years and then it becomes 16-18k for next 2 years which means that for atleast 4 years you have no money. 2. Work-life balance. It has been 2 years I am being informed of my shift a day before. So basically I cannot plan on anything. 3. Leave. Leaves are so scarce and everytime you ask for leave they will tell you there's no manpower. 4. Relocation. For staff wanting transfer to home bases, are asked for mutual transfer request or one sided tranfer requests go unattended for years. And Company has policies of relocation benefits but anyone requesting for relocation are forced to not ask for these benefits for the process to happen. 5. For Engineering staff, there is a procedure to acquire license for maintaining the aircrafts. The application even if sent to DGCA for approval, it is forwarded to company itself by DGCA for scrutiny, where, the company itself does not want the staff to achieve the means to grow so they make, From 'new rules' for applicants to follow, to signature not in good ink or photo not in HD, hence delaying the growth of all staff.
