Indigo is one of the most employee orientated company . In this pandemic, even if it layed us off but it did take care of our needs.

... are certain department where the growth is too much and at some department you are stuck at a very low salary and designation for years.

The company training and soft spoken culture. Being polite and generous.

Most senior management do not think about starting level employees. Salary is really differentiating among ground airport ground department and other departments. Salary is really demotivating in comparison of the hard physical and mental awareness the ground staff puts in. The nature and sensitivity of the work done by ground staffs are really underrated. Management do think that the work a ground staff do is worth 16-17K excluding Travelling allowance only. On the other hand in flight staff gets 50-60k in the beginning itself as they put risk their life on risk. However the risk for a ground staffs goes unseen and unrecognised. Kudos! IndiGo. The largest Civilian Airline of India.

I would like to say, It was my first company and a challenging job for beginners. Though it is 10+2 eligible, I worked there for more than 2 and half years. The one and only good thing to work there is to get staff tickets(govt tax applicable). So that one can fly within India.

...hrooms. * Very less pay. Call volume will always be very high. Work is hectic. * No other benefits apart from salary and Target based incentives. * Poor salary hike. I was joined there for a salary of 10,800 per month. While I relieving my salary was 11, 500(approx) per month. * No fixed weekoff. It will be a rotation. God knows our weekoff. * Internal politics, A true BPO company by Interglobe technologies.

Shifts are very good because of rotational shifts best thing is indigo a very best platform for the freshers who want to start there career in airlines ...... Environment is very good ...

...fe ,u need to work in rotation shift so there is no fixed week off or free time. Salary has not been revised since 2006. There not even give proper increment as per inflation. Promotion are not constant
