Only the Staff Travel i found overall good in Indigo. Post Covid things changed in Indigo. No increment Work pressure was increasing day by day.

Indigo work culture everything got changed. Right after covid. Operation has got doubled past 3 years but salary packaged is same it is.

I like the management and quick response from the employees in every aspects. Their professionalism,class and all the perks. Overall Indigo is a good company to work because the work environment is very good.

Dislikes

Salary growth. And the other most important thing is extra money which people make in flight after sale. Crew members use to earn 5k to 6k rupees per day by stealing money from catering. Now if I who worked with loyalty only earned 40k to 50k per month but others members are earning 1 lakh extra per month which is not at all fair with others who are not stealing anything from the cart.

Training. Very Less salary but comes on time.

Dislikes

Salary is so less. Seniors doesn't support at all. They wants cost cutting and revenue generation but doesn't give insensitives at all. Don't recognise hardwork you are doing.

...y policies are good and coordination between every staff was good based on work. Appraisals are fair and they give us good salary hike and bonus every year. They have provided company cab. Overall it was a great journey working with indigo airline.

Dislikes

The only part was the management was slowly falling down , and the work pressure was too much in the pandemic situation and salary deduction was not satisfying . Working hours were increased but career growth is slow.
