I like the management and quick response from the employees in every aspects. Their professionalism,class and all the perks. Overall Indigo is a good company to work because the work environment is very good.

Dislikes

Salary growth. And the other most important thing is extra money which people make in flight after sale. Crew members use to earn 5k to 6k rupees per day by stealing money from catering. Now if I who worked with loyalty only earned 40k to 50k per month but others members are earning 1 lakh extra per month which is not at all fair with others who are not stealing anything from the cart.

I would like to say, It was my first company and a challenging job for beginners. Though it is 10+2 eligible, I worked there for more than 2 and half years. The one and only good thing to work there is to get staff tickets(govt tax applicable). So that one can fly within India.

...hrooms. * Very less pay. Call volume will always be very high. Work is hectic. * No other benefits apart from salary and Target based incentives. * Poor salary hike. I was joined there for a salary of 10,800 per month. While I relieving my salary was 11, 500(approx) per month. * No fixed weekoff. It will be a rotation. God knows our weekoff. * Internal politics, A true BPO company by Interglobe technologies.

The salary is always on time. It is the largest airline in India and offers a lot of destinations for staff travel

Dislikes

The work culture is extremely toxic. There is no personal growth. While taking entitled sick leaves, one needs to mandatorily provide a doctor's certificate even if its just a headache and report to the office for "Verification" on the same day. Employees are required to prove that they are sick by visiting the office in-person as a doctor's certificate itself isn't enough.

...fe ,u need to work in rotation shift so there is no fixed week off or free time. Salary has not been revised since 2006. There not even give proper increment as per inflation. Promotion are not constant
