The organization have failed to keep its fundamentals

90 % of employees are in distress and management hardly cares. For the last 3 years there have been no hike in salary except for further deduction on the salaries which are already way below market standards. They pay an entry level ground staff 11500 INR now think of it.

The work environment. The company is employee friendly. It encourages and guides skilled people.

The salary was too less when compared to the amount of work done. The yearly appraisals hardly give increments.

...fe ,u need to work in rotation shift so there is no fixed week off or free time. Salary has not been revised since 2006. There not even give proper increment as per inflation. Promotion are not constant

Probably it's only the work that I can get to learn and skills to grind at highest pressure which enables proactive and fast pace work habits.

No promotions, no salary, no sleep, no peace, nothing, no humanity, no pity, not an employee orientated, ultimately nothing.
