...tending their target date and looting them.The employees suffer for that reason.Pay is so bad.No work life balance and the worst thing is that they try to enter your personal life.I dont know who have given them 5 * rating to them here.Probably must have been pressurised.

One of my relative worked in this worst company as the owner of the company runs it like a grocery shop which doesn't give salary on time to it's employees. This a such pathetic company. Once onboarded in this company this people will ask to put good reviews about their company online. People after working for 2-3 years will not get an experience letter. Really not recommended at all.

This company is an absolute nightmare to work for.The CEO is a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional person who treats employees like garbage. He constantly shouts for no reason, uses foul language, and creates a toxic atmosphere where no one feels respected or valued. Joining this company will be the biggest regret of your life.

This company is an absolute nightmare to work for. The CEO is a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional person who treats employees like garbage. He constantly shouts for no reason, uses foul language, and creates a toxic atmosphere where no one feels respected or valued. There is zero work life balance. Almost every day, the CEO deliberately schedules pointless meetings at the end of the workday, forcing employees to stay late and disrupting their personal lives. He openly shows favoritism toward a small group of 3-4 people, including some relatives, while bullying and humiliating others in front of them. (It's a daily practice) The HR department run run by the CEO's wife who doesn't know anything about HR. It's a complete joke. If the CEO decides he doesn’t like you, he will make your life miserable until you’re forced to resign. Even after you resign, don’t expect to get your full and final settlement (FNF). You’ll be left begging and crying for your hard earned money, and they’ll still make you wait endlessly. They organize meaningless office events just to take pictures and post them on LinkedIn, creating a fake image of a good work environment. Don’t be fooled by these posts, they are nothing but a trap. Salaries are a disaster. Payments are delayed for months. sometimes more than three and even then, employees only get partial amounts. They also deduct salaries unfairly with lame excuses. The CEO and his favorite group shamelessly flaunt their expensive gadgets like iPhones, MacBooks, and Apple Watches, completely ignoring the mental and financial sufferings of the employees who actually run the company. The CEO and his circle act as if they are running a big multinational corporation, but in reality, they are clueless, Shameless, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. If you care about your self respect, career, and financial stability, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Indigi Consulting and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Joining this company will be the biggest regret of your life.
