One of the fake company and dirty culture for work, Manager always try to convene tack business from customers either there is no necessary to change anything at client site, But company and management force to sale the products, example- I want based in Nestle Moga, and there is spare parts stock approx more 10,000,000 but my manage was advice to discard all spare past and try to sale new, and so many things like that

ALL SENIORS ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AND UNNECESSARY WORK LOAD ON US AND WHEN WE COMPLAINT AGAINST OUR SENIORS TO OUR HIGHER MANAGEMENT THEN THEY BLAME TO US AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND OUR SITUATION.

Management is horrible. If the employee do the work at customer place an dtakes the order also the management team like the NSM and AGM will take that it is their credit because of us only you did. Otherwise you are fit for nothing they say. If any problem arises the are not ready to support instead they try to throw the problem on the sales person head. If we have to work in this organisation means we should leave our self respect and we have to work.
