Indie Delights Fresher Salary in India

I am the ex employee of indie delights, it is the worst company t work with, even after working so hard for the company they did not give the incentive, every month they deducted the money on the name of PF and they did not paid the PF. Every time when I asked for incentive they said company is running in loss they have problems , after so many false promises lastly they have not paid me my incentive. Indie delights is the most unethical company to work with. I would like to warn every employee not to get trapped in such organisation and ruined your career.

Dislikes

There is no future for you in this companies, the company is unetical as they do not give salary on time, they deduct your salary on the names of false leaves, they show you the big incentive structure and lastly they do not give you incentive by stating that there is no sales data, i would like to warn everybody not get trapped in this false organization.

Likes

The work which is assigned to any person, has to be complete in the prescribed time limit. Work life balance is very nice. The directors of the company are very nice persons.

Dislikes

Sometimes I was unable to understand to which director's decission to be followed.
