Politics and management is really bad. No point of having a team as Head of the department plan a exit for you by burdening you with lot of work pressure. Even if you are tenured employee then also company will not consider your loyalty and consistency. Pathetic work culture. They pin point on single little thing and can make that reason for your exit. Even if you try disclosing the challenges then manager will not consider or understand it moreover will put blame on you for everything thats going around. Your hardwork that you put in for all the past years just went into vain when your manager put you down and tells you that you did not perform well in the entire year. JD is not described properly and slowly gave ample of responsibilities due to which your work load increases and when you discuss the situation with your head then he will only point out your incapability of not delivering tasks on time.

The company looks decent from outside but from inside its a disaster, lots of incompetent people have been promoted to hire roles.

Dislikes

Lack of motivation among the peers... very low paygrade and the quality of work is quite bad... Career growth options are close to none... the top management lacks proper vision and is favorable to a certain geo region
