Safe n comfortable work environment specially for female staff. Cooperates for extended leaves during motherhood n marriages. 3. Better Learning platform n better career opportunity specially for fresher engineers 4. Cooperative management which listens to ideas n thoughts of its employees n try to implement it if it worthy."Suggestion scheme" is one of its way.
