1. For mechanical candidates there are limited learning available because this company is for CS & electronics candidates.

Timings are best ie 8 hours working only

Salary is fixed for all as increment is fixed for all ie same amount for all even the one who do nothing or less working will get same increment as like the one works hard.

Yes deepti Sharma in r&d in testing team is very bad alway demotivate employees and she want to do remain employee in team who's just she likes otherwise he tries to take out from the company in training period she want work of 3 year experience with new employee please take action it's very bad for future of company

1. MD's approach to connect with employees of each level through "mann ki baat /town hall meeting" by sharing the latest updates of company. Very much inspired by PM Modi. 2. Safe n comfortable work environment specially for female staff. Cooperates for extended leaves during motherhood n marriages. 3. Better Learning platform n better career opportunity specially for fresher engineers 4. Cooperative management which listens to ideas n thoughts of its employees n try to implement it if it worthy."Suggestion scheme" is one of its way. There are many more things to like here, experience is better learning. At last but not least , its my first company. So i shall alws be grateful. Thank u !

1.6 days are working, only Sundays are off. In my opinion Saturdays should be off at least for R&D staff members. 2. Canteen area need a little bit improvement.
