Tbh, nothing that I liked. Ya, I agree pressure is normal in real estate but not this way. The way they work is wrong.

Don't expect FnF after you leave. It's been 5 months since I left, I didn't get the salary for the days I worked for in that month and also didn't receive FnF yet. Ask anybody in the company who left, none of them got salary or final settlement. They won't reply to the mails too.

The work culture is alright in all departments apart from transactions

Leave policy is terrible. Deducted salary during lockdown. Had a loss of pay for every leave taken. Have to work on Saturdays pointlessly. Lots of work place politics and drama

The only redeeming aspect of this company was the camaraderie of my peers and even my juniors, who exhibited far more warmth, professionalism, and friendly behavior than the company itself.

Dislikes

It's an extensive list because, frankly, there's nothing commendable about the company. Their so-called women empowerment narrative is nothing but a facade. They don't hire women to uplift them- they do it because the Indian job market allows them to underpay female employees, have unquestioned dominance, and exploit their labor without fair recognition. No matter how much harder you work- twice, even thrice as much as your male counterparts- they will deny you a rightful increment, all while leveraging your contributions for the company's growth. And as for HR? The epitome of hypocrisy. Despite being a woman herself, she thrives on subtle disrespect, relentless taunts, and calculated humiliation. If you ever consider joining, beware- this is a masterclass in exploitation, not empowerment.
