Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing, Only starting salary is ok ok, after that no growth, (salary, Promotion) don't waste your life, don't spoil your education , there is lots of opportunity's in the market just findout right opportunity's , after this job no body will count this job in your job experience. This job is only for ITI holders. This is not engineering work, or technical (Driving vehicle, hose connection and disconnection during heavy rain, winter and summer(35℃), pull hoses like bull, basic calculations of fuel delivery, nothing else, Don't spoil your life... In case something miss happening with you, company raise hand they not taking responsibility that time also they treating you like criminal

Current management is very cruel they don't have humanity, everybody's working under pressure because of them (vice president , operations Manager, maintenace manager, and safety officer) these peoples only enjoying there life in true meaning with harrasing juniors . That's why they gives 5 star rating, for every small mistakes they issues warning letters by speed post at your home address.

I like only the name of the company Indian oil skytanking and designation operations officer, technical assistant, it's like government organization for make fool to be/ btec engineers. And spoil there career

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is no transperancy, transparency only on documents only for audit purpose.

Only salary will be given on time . otherwise worst working culture and no growth at all . management is working as dictator and doing complete harassment of b.tech graduate employees who will be treated as labours of the company.

Worst working culture. Management treats b.tech graduate employees as labours and management has no practical knowledge of work . they run the company by dictatorship rule.

.You ll get salary on time. .You ll be getting 24hrs of rest after working for 12hrs shift. Which is best for only locals, Who can reach their hometown in 3-4 hrs. .That's all

.Internal Politics. .Only employees who are the relatives of seniors will get promotions. .You will be working like a GRADUATED LABOURs. This company knows, there are less jobs for engineers inprivate sectors, this helps them in catching graduates. They are just taking advantage of unemployment.
