Whole company. If you don't want to grow in your career, then you may join. IndianOIL LNG company created to put employee in third party (IOLPL) payroll instead of IOCL [Check LinkedIn]. You will be directed by IOCL employee, they will decide your future. They will show cost saving by cutting your benefits. Highest post available in IOLPL is Manager (01 CMO post is there). Hence, no one will speak for the employees in board meetings. 03 lakh bond is there irrespective to your designation. Whenever you ask any benefit, the management will switch by saying either we are a private company, or we are a public company, which ever suits them. There is no polices like increment, promotion, PLI, relocation, child education etc. In last three years, they only made leave policy. In 2022, there are more than 30% employees left. Just check the company website, you will understand. Far away from city, you have to travel via bus and accidents are common, since they company giving less money to contractor and one driver is continuing for all shifts without proper sleep and rest.
