* Working from home for a very long time wasn't a pleasant experience, stressful and affected all feelings of job security nobody was really helping, and I felt lost and useless overtime as I struggled to catch up to the team with my little experience and eventually left * Annoying timesheet I hate filling it every day it's a waste of time and energy * You have to give a check of 2 months salary when joining for a period of 1 year and half compulsory regardless of your liking to stay or not * Almost no growth opportunities and necessary trainings even when they promise to provide it takes many months, and even never happens * Unfair treatment in many departments, many employees are relatives, married or cousins of seniors and use their family bond in their favor. As this is a large company so everyone can't get good opportunities to work on desired technology or task, Also leaves are very less, slice and sandwich rule, politics for everything either on work, salary hike.
