...cting that the company will recover from this situation and would be get better. Still they are following 2004's salary revival packages. It will not give any appraisal. Work environment is good, Job security will not be sure.

Some dislike about working at iti Ltd such as iti management is illiterate & rude behaviour. ITI LTD is sinking ship & ill also. Iti staff has no knowledge about projects.

Except balance work life I hate everything. No opportunities to grow in career, full politics, most of the higher authorities don't deserve to be in the position they are in. Privatizing the whole company may bring some good to the new generation employee working there.

ITI is the first best PSU of free India. The communication system like Telephone Exchanges are manufacture in this Unit. Such as E10B, CSN, OCB283, CDOT, and mobile communication & transmission system. Some additional like Note (currency) counting machine. Note bundling machine, Inverter, Vending machine. Sanitary napkin Disposal machine, Automatic sanitizing machine and so many other products are manufactured here.
