...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners

Company working culture is good , management is aggressive workin favour of emplyees all policies of company is good but problem of yearly increment is there.

Due to salary hike is not from last two years

...rainees, my job was to guide trainees, good job security, career growth not bad. Salary OK to meet ends, hectic traveling, politics are everywhere. Work environment professional, innovation as much as you can. Work life fantastic.

Dislikes

It's like one man army though there. Was a team but of trainees. Did not had chance to work with equals or seniors

over all policies of the company are very good ,there is very good work culture, healthy relation between workforce & management,100 % job security ,product quality of ISCL is excellent and serving in appliances and oem customers, we are most reliable suppliers for whirlpool, haier godrej, bluestar, etc.

i think there is no big issue which make me unhappy

The company is open to innovation and always try to adopt updated technology. My self is active member of technical development cell team. In last 5 years , my self recognized my management as best 5 s auditor & best FIP leader. Our company win * GOLD MEDAL * from QCFI Gujarat & same project was handled by me as Leader project [ Optimization of LNG losses ]. my direct involvement in lot of company policy , Like : Internal audit for ISO-9001 ,14001 ,18000 , IATF , 5 S etc & facility for internal taring , like : 5 S , LQC , QC .

Dislikes

Working since last 10 years & presently not looking for any new profile in ISCL . I am looking new responsibility to proof my talent & to increase my knowledge.
