There is HR only on Paper as and when you share your problems, HR Says it not there responsibility. Work pressure is high and there is compensation for our work even if we work more then 12 to 14 hours a day.Appresal is only name sake.

...d didn’t pick the call they will literally spam you like hell. No career growth. Yearly increment is like chillar, can’t even get 1000rs on basic salary. Only Surveyor are having benefits rest staffs are having only limited benefits.. The HR team is brainless, at time of hiring you will be called for diff position and while joining you’ll be placed in some other departments, (for eg. Design Engineer is getting placed in Documentation and QC Engineer is placed in Design Department..

No HR policies, there is yearly leave of 30 Days for contract employees but when you asking for it they will tell you random things. Frequently travel, yearly increment of 3%

Good condition in IRS in a lockdown they done salary timely. Of some deducted of differ amount. Average rating is good.

In a lockdown period they give notice period of some empyee . It's a crusial period.

Not satisfactory based on my qualifications and experience. Company not able to growup for employees who have potential. This is serious concern .

Company is mostly focusing on marketing and financial development . Not much focused on Quality and technical personnel who have potential on such field. Thank less job for technical potential personnel.
