Indian Red Cross socity I liked very much,this organization is working for venerable people actually who need help. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from different cultures ,different state also and we work happlyin colllabration.

The work pressure is high. Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow.

I like the freedom to manage my job as I like but you can't grow and develop. And it's because of the nature of organization and spectrum of work.

Some times the Administration will not satisfied with you and they didn't do some good for you, They also didn't praise ur work or job every time the main authority officers underestimate the employee. If a employee do there effort in there work, he also blamed by his own bosses, telling a false part by some else. The sufferer employee is so harrased and he gave resigned and this is the dark part of the society , there is no work environment, career growth, job security and work life-balance this the truth of the society.

The whole staff is extremely supportive and cooperative.. it was a great experience working with all of them.

Dislikes

They must have a kind of special recruitments for their volunteers, with the extraordinary performance, if possible.

Likes

Worked in as administrative department in maintaining several blood cams in collegees hospitals in private & govt collecting blood therfore screening it put in big refrigerator for needy patients in an out of Government Hospital.

Due to lack of insecure and growth in this job
