Null & Negligible work life balance One set of department & employees are being pampered too much & other set of department & employees are considered having no life .

There’s hardly anything good with this organisation, only good is that people here are quite experienced and you get to learn from some of them.

Everything is bad here, job security, work life balance, salary, toxic behaviour, top management connect with the employees, etc

...public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .
