...a very bad experience in working in corporate sector. There is no job security.They give you salary and treats you like you are a bonded labor here.No work life balance. The shift tyming is 10-7 but the shift ending tym is not fixed.Full of toxicity environment there. Every single day you feel demotivated here. Your skills is not enhanced here.They just care about there targets. the worst company.

...public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

... in hotels for months. 5.) Salaries and reimbursements are not given on time. 6.) They don’t pay vendors at all and they run after employees to get their payment Overall, very toxic company and all directors should take a decisions and shut this company

There’s hardly anything good with this organisation, only good is that people here are quite experienced and you get to learn from some of them.

Lobbying No singular flow of orders & instructions Other than usual salary of employees , company is reluctant to an insane level to pay it's stakeholders/vendors/facilities. Null & Negligible work life balance One set of department & employees are being pampered too much & other set of department & employees are considered having no life .
