Good work life balance, stress-free and no pressure.

Literally no Hike or promotion or any sort of increment.Average salary, and most importantly salary won't get credited on time.Some months we have to wait till 21st or 22 nd for the salary.

We can learn many high througput instruments on hand

There is no increment.people wrk here year after year at the same salary they joined.The work load is huge and the higher officials exploit the lower employees like hell

It gives me a tremendous opportunity to learn and develop myself. Some of the scientists are extremely supportive.

...class citizens just like the British treated the Indians in the government jobs. Salary could be much better for the work done.

Good sophisticated instrument are available in IPC.. Which are perfect for learning /seekhing for analyst... Some people's get support or some people are regularly come to office.. No roaster is their as per gov rules.

...resent... Some people's get job bt they are not interested to do timely work... Their is huge salary issue who worked timely and experienced in IPC... In IPC fresher get 25000rs which is very good but what about seniors analyst they get some more money like 3000 more or 5000more... Which is totally wrong for technical person...

In IPC you can get big opportunities to work but there people will not allow you to work and make you slave specially permanent lower staff

... is no security in job. During maternity they terminate me without informing me IPC pay very low salary as they dont require talent.
