Good work environment and calture. Safety roles is very important other wise companys because first safety before work is company roles, duty time is 8hour

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

A good platform for learners, for beginners. Working culture and working ethics of the company is too good. Job security is there. Supportiveness and transparency are the key features of the employees.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are not fair and they never give good salary hike,incentives and bonous every year.
