Indian machine tools is just like an startup and registered as proprietor ship and job security is very poor so it was difficult to do there but have lots of learning from zero and have good experience of manufacturing process and execute the process. Have need some improvements like work place infrastructure, need R & D lab and expertise, some other things have to need.

Dislikes

Job security is main issue because of there were no any provision of PF and other things. Even they are not providing any kind of offer letter or appointment letter. There are no any ID card or other basic documents provided by company.
