The Institute has potential to be an state of the art hospital catering to specialized liver and digestive care. There is no marketing strategy adopted by the hospital, instead they only survive on the word of mouth and references from patient to patient.

Dislikes

...an a year to be permanent, and that also for just an in-hand less than 1 lakh p.a salary. Less to none growth opportunity.
