Extremely competitive yet cooperative teams which helps each other to achieve its target. Good insentive structure. Good inter department relationship to achieve overall goals.

Regular change in management which don't provide stability to employees.

Even though it's an owner driven organization, they try to be as corporate as possible, with some employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

Even though the organization is called Indian Institute of learning and development Pvt Ltd. There is no training provided to a new joinees, company owner believes and even says in his entrepreneur training programs and I quote, "Agar kisiko uska kaam sikana pade, usse nikaldena chahiye", the statement may be true if you have roles which are similar to other organizations, however here at iild roles are one of it's kind, like of a role of a consultant or implementation manager, where individual has to visit progressive entrepreneurs and tell them how to do business, a business where they are already doing a turn over of 10 crores. No trainings are provided to people. Which is a biggest worry. And like every owner driven organization there is a hire and fire rule, which gives zero job security.

What I like about IILD is that you learn something new each day. The team at IILD is extremely talented in their respective domain. The work environment is fun and extremely challenging at the same time.

Dislikes

Lack of internal communication. Different leaders driving different cultures.
