nothing at all. work culture is so poor for researchers.there is only one work at that station that is labour work

proper management is not there for research and other activities like labour work and so on

IIIM CSIR is great nd Marvellous extreme organisation for Jammu and also for great organisation for the nation, But no job security there I m afraid there about job security.i m sorry to say that.kindly look into the matter nd do something for us because my past was MNC pharmaceutical companies nd I dropped becz of this extreme esteemed organisation but I m in trouble about job security I have experience more than 10 years but I m helpless here. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
