Likes

Company policy are very good. Fixed 8.30hr shift. Satdy Sunday fixed off. Work is also good.

Dislikes

I am working in legal department under Mrs. Aarti wadhera. The lady is very ill-mannered. She is not ready to listen the point of view of other person and believe on the words of one team member only. Biased in nature always give favoursim to one team member. Not aware about the work and completely unaware about what is going on in the department. Although work and company is very good but that lady is vivacious and because of her i tender my resignation so early

Likes

Policies and Management are put in place to promote boot lickers or side pieces, take undue advantage of a hard working employee and as it is time to enhance pay or other perks they are thrown away to dogs of HOD's. If you are looking for a cover up for CSW please go ahead and join this company otherwise steer clear.

Dislikes

Toxic working environment, almost like you are some daughter in law who will be never good enough hence needed to be put down every time they see you. No HOD is concern with work. Everyone is too busy thinking about either one person they want to target as gossip point or just fantasizing or inappropriate touching the subordinate they are intimate with. No one is concerned with work whatsoever everyone is busy with finding one head to pin the blames on.
