Courses run for Students and the old faculties

President and CFAO are very dirty and they just show wrong picture of IIHMR during Board Meetings which is killing the brand IIHMR year on year. Entire Administration is corrupt and makes money as CFAO and President don't like Administration Head to control the department and rather they want to run the Administration in their favour.....not at all organizational people and all top board of management is also helpless and can not against them in spite of knowing their wrong deeds as they are just dependent on the two.

Too much politics The higher authority is run under the infulence of negative people. The president is arrogant and ill-mannered person. He does not support his staff. There is no growth in the organisation. Only 1-2 person who are near and dear to president get promotion. Poor management and head HR is a pathetic person. He has no power. Everything is run by president. There is nothing positive about the university.

I find nothing positive about this university . A Person will loose your sanity as you will find yourself surrounded with idiots. Productive person will become Unproductive and inefficient.

Toxic Work Culture No Work Only Politics Incompetent Leadership Leaders use abusive language and Insult you all the time

Lack in leadership and Adminstration, I used to receive many complaints from students about false placement promises.

Not specific but over all the institution should start investing in people and try to develop the better talent retention policies ,Human resource management department needs to work really hard.
