No HR Policy No employee benefits No work life balance Cheap politics Work on saturday and sundays No respect and dignity No insurance No job security they can terminate you anytime i saw 3 termination within 8 months

There is good Infrastructures and space to increase your potential in educational and management filed. It is good institute but need to energetic team for upgrade from earth to sky

Dislikes

Here is problem employee create tensionable environment not to try solve and every thing doing suddenly. Not to try solve with team. Here place order one to other team member

I dislike the HR policy of the institute. In the pandemic they forced me to relocate from Kolkata to Delhi. My selection, joining was virtual and allowed me to make work from home. after 4 months they forced me to relocate to Manesar during the pandemic situation. As I refused to do the same they did not renew the contract without serving any notice period

Likes

The building is good looking. However, the location is closer to Jaipur as compared to people from Delhi.

Dislikes

The work environment, the autocratic leadership, the slave-like treatment, NO growth- professionally, compensation wise or work wise or designation wise. No work from home even during the pandemic. No access to transportation as it is located in the outskirts near the Haryana Rajasthan border

I worked there approx. Approx. Two years. There was good atmosphere and not much work.

Dislikes

The Institute works under Min. O of Corporate Affairs. But now the Min. is less interested to continue the office.
