...s of Digital Marketing and is always ready to invest in a lucrative oppurtunity. The infrasturctural and faciities are good and the compensation is also as per the Industry standards. The only major issue in this organization are the leading people in the Adminstration department. The faculty is however mostly good.

There is only 1 thing I disliked at IIAD - Ms. Simrat Joshi who is the Ops head and has been with the organization since its inception. Reasons: - She was given the charge of Branding and Marketing in the interim but she doesnt understand Digital marketing. She would learn few jargons here and there and show that she is an expert. She will not listen to what you point of view. - The only thing she is good at playing politics - she doesnt care about the company at all. She favours her own favourites and will do everything to project you as a bad employee in the eyes of the Founder. She will take all credit and put all blame on you if anything goes wrong. - She suffers from grave insecurity ( as I was also reporting to the Founder in some areas). So she did not let me implement marketing ideas which were good for the company. She would not let closure of things happen and wuld unnecessarily delay it with repeated iterations. Many of the vendors and agencies stopped working for us because of this. - None of the Faculty likes her. All say only bad things about her behind her back but since she is the Ops head, she has a commanding authority in many areas and unfortumately, the Founder also listens to her. - Irrespective of being a woman, she is insensitive, stoic with a flithy mind. I am happy she is no longer my Manager. Each day was a pain with her!! Barring her, most of the things are good at IIAD but she makes the work culture a really unhealthy one. Also there is no Work From Home facility.

It's very difficult to like something about this organisation.

I have a complete story to tell. Amit Deb is head of admission and outreach, he while a counselor resigned told him that I will make your future terrible, I will make sure that you don't get your next job. There is a team of 10 people in admission and outreach, every month atleast 5 people either resign or he terminates them. The organisation can do way better without him, he watches YouTube videos and start training people about those. Conclusion: Don't join them in admission or outreach.

Though I like almost everything, which is the reason I have continued working here, despite the challenges. However, what I love the most is the involvement of all teams in building IIAD the preferred destination for design learning. The way they teach design, doesn't just focus on getting a job, but the pedagogy and the culture, strongly helps learners making them employable for life.
