Except group D employees everything is good for other staff.

Increment is like a drop in ocean for group D employees in the tenure of 17 years my everage growth was about 300 per annum while more than 10 years I handled front office activities.

Indian herbs specialities are provided all materials and goods are available and better supporting continuing in my hq during covid -19 also I am supporting this company for products sale. All facilities are provide all employees junior and senior. But I want to change company. Because for challenge my job.

My job profile was best but company not provided as senior officer like as HR manager. HR manager was not overall performer any way.

Company recruitment is very shamefull. Recruitment department not able to select the perfect candidates.
