...ulti task. No fix working hours if you are facing client, you have to work 24*7. Compensation is decent but if you compare with work load it won't be satisfactory.

Everything After the last of resignation even after 60 days you won't get your full n final settlement . every people are thinking themselves as a government employee but they don't know what to do with daily tasks and behaving like serving the nation.

Worst Manager Ramu Yenumula, He doesn't know anything. He doesn't know how to speaks with Employee's and he as so much Egoist person. And his thought's he is a manager but not, He is a puppet to the management. Don't know why IFTAS HR and Management, Keep this Guy ?

No work life balance, you will get calls in the middle of the night to fix the issue. Best in class politics, hr policy is a joke if you express concern regarding your manager. The hr tells to the manager that you are complaining against him. Managers are the worst, not ready to listen to anything always shouting at employees. Too much micromanaging. Mangers have no idea what they are doing. Even I’m pandemic we were asked to work from office.

Compensation need to increase for employes who works for the company. Adopt and share the latest technologies to all the employees, training should gave on new technologies which are in the market
