little bit flat organization for few functions, growth in terms of promotion is bit static for few functions, otherwise very good company to continue

The H O in Hyderabad is good, thats all.

The company is running in loss for last 5-8 years, every year one or two units will be shut down, due to less or no production. it's a company where the production and turnover is slowly going down, no one is interested to work here anymore, in last 6 months several heads of departments have left.. safety, quality, projects, accounts, procurement, learning and development, etc, and those positions have not been filled for 6 months. the company is going down day by day, in Indian IEL is having the lowest market share of all explosive manufacturers. it's a shame to work here. no proper mediclaim policy, cannot add parrents in mediclaim even after paying extra.

This is very good organization for work culture , learning and their internal entire teams are also good and very co-operative. There is lots of opportunity to learn and growth.

Only local management response and decision is slow.

Good company for learning but huge work load no work life balance. Tough industry. Best part is global exposure and global interaaction multicutural company not like induan typical company not any regional nor religoius politics. Most of the local people working from years and years and not leave. Remote location but good weather and natural place.

Huge learning opprtunity, Global exposure and every day anyone can discuss with different nationals, dynamic team gavigh potential, only challenge is Work load is very high and high pressure job! But best in compare to other Explosives industry. If someone wants to make his/her carreer in Explosives and mininig industry then no any company is better than this company across globe!

Work life balance of Managers is slightly tough but best for operators and aupervisors and engineers!
