Coming to hr, managers, team leaders, they are very polite and humble i have worked in many organisations but I never experienced such a friendly culture like Indian eagle i suggest everyone to join there.

I hate security deposits because even people who have talent can't able to afford to pay that if there is any alternate option it if going to be good

Low salary comparison to all the companies in the same industry Misinformation during the interview about the role. Very less chances of upraisal or bonus. Almost no incentive for your hard work Will bound you to work for them by taking your original docs and signing agreement Misleading discussion by senior management

Compensation is low according to work and work timings are high and no extra hours incentives and decent training

Best part is being a travel domain company, it didn't sacked us when no flights were operating, Rather top notch companies fired thousands of employees. Best company to start your career to boost up your knowledge. Excellent team and will miss the working culture!
