The higher lever management is top notch.with Ramesh sir. The work is absolutely good with alot subject to learn.

Lot of politics would happened around you regarding your salary deductions and leaves and weekoffs. I would not risk my time here.

Freshers have to join in that company because they will get to know how the job is going to be. Coming to hr, managers, team leaders, they are very polite and humble i have worked in many organisations but I never experienced such a friendly culture like Indian eagle i suggest everyone to join there.

I hate security deposits because even people who have talent can't able to afford to pay that if there is any alternate option it if going to be good

Low salary comparison to all the companies in the same industry Misinformation during the interview about the role. Very less chances of upraisal or bonus. Almost no incentive for your hard work Will bound you to work for them by taking your original docs and signing agreement Misleading discussion by senior management
