Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

In VII th pay commission most of the salary issues are resolved and at par with various other Central Government departments. There is still space available for improvement in work culture and implementation of innovative ideas.

Dominance in officer's culture caused accidents in work site. Lack of co-ordination between officers and senior manager level caused pull back in overall efficiency of men in work site.

As defence service best work. Team work with all operation.all policy are good view it is under minstry of defence.

Salary is low view defence and 24 hours operation duty. Lookafter family is very poor as a big operation.
