Extremely bad work culture. Huge burden of targets, even new joinees are not spared! They won't give you an opportunity to learn, they only care about their business figures! Bad postings in unlivable rural areas. Yes perks and allowances are good, but often times you have to beg them to get those. Corrupt practices undertaken by HRM section, people of certain communities are given preference over the other. And if you dare to raise your voice against such injustice, you will be harassed even more.

Promotion is based on buttering GMs and seniors. Promotion interview marks are noted in pencil and then changed once it reached corporate office based on above criterion. Very few specialist officers are given promotion, preference if only for POs; DO NOT join as specialist officer if you are looking for career growth. Random transferring away from home. Branch Managers are excessively pressurized.
