Initially good. The work culture is good.it is different when Director fron bank deputed and not giving interest

...r of the institute detoriate the work culture and he started mental harrasment . No interest of fund for salary and other related activities for running the institute smoothly. His role is to devide between staff. He is a lier and use unethical word

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
